1 YEAR WARRANTY SERVICES FOR PURCHASES OF CERTAIN TOOLS
Terms and Condition of Warranty:
- Warranty valid if Customers return the pair of original warranty card from TATONAS which have filled identity and original sign from Customers, or with fill the Online warraty service in our site www.tatonas.co.id.
- Warranty valid for 12 months after the shipping listed.
- Warranty valid of certain tools (operated by machine / electric system inside) only.
- Warranty not included with cost of sparepart, cost of Overhaul and cost of reconfiguration.
- Warranty not valid if damage by:
- Negligence of user.
- Has been repaired by others.
- Natural disaster.
GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS FOR TATONAS EQUIPMENT
Our TATONAS brand tools are manufactured directly by competent and strict quality control and consistent use of original Indonesian products, therefore we guarantee the availability of spare parts for our equipment. Sparepart Replacement Warranty Terms:
- TATONAS shall not charge fees for repair or replacement of the damaged parts in accordance with the applicable provisions and still within the warranty period.
- Spare parts are qualified as periodic maintenance parts are NOT INCLUDED in warranty warranties (eg. wear and consumables such as battery / battery).
REPAIR SERVICE ON SITE

If possible we will guide through Online System Remote but if not possible tool to be diservice can be sent / delivered to Marketing office and if necessary do agreement for arrival of our technician team to go to location. It can be tailored to customers needs.
